It doesn't matter how good or bad the story is it all goes down to the basic execution of a project especially with highly-franchised work such as Star Wars. I love the women of Star Wars, I truly do, but the medium they decided to tell these stories through, FLASH-animations, was a misfire of astronomical proportions. And considering Disney, freaking DISNEY, did this as opposed to Cartoon Network you'd think they'd utilize Gravity Falls-esque quality of animation for a Star Wars project: but no this series looks like digital puke in comparison to Clone Wars. Hell it doesn't look half as good as the Star Wars: Clone Wars series from 2003-2004. There was PLENTY of aesthetic potential here, but they squandered that by making these shorts look like refined flash-animations from 2005. Even by Disney-Star-Wars standards this series is a low-point for the franchise.
